The Togolese Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries (MAEP) in collaboration with farmers’ organizations attempt to define, by mutual agreement, an allocation of 8,500 tons of agricultural inputs provided by the Head of State.

The rural stakeholders met in this last Monday, August 6 at the said Ministry office in Lomé at the invitation of their new boss, Colonel Ouro AGADAZI Koura, who was assisted by his colleague in charge of rural infrastructure Gourdigou Kolani.

The Togolese government intends to market these agricultural inputs 11.OOO CFAfr with a grant of 7,000 FCFA as a support to agricultural production.

One hundred transport vehicles will be available to transport these inputs to the Central Supply and Management of Agricultural Inputs (CAGIA).
