Kenya: FKF Moves in to Quell Fracas in Premierships Encounters

[The Star]Football Kenya Federation (FKF) has formulated stringent security measures in a move aimed at reducing incidents of hooliganism in football. FKF acting vice chairman Robert Asembo said among the measures will require home teams to ensure that there is a minimum of 100 police officers and 50 stewards. “We have been profiling the alleged hooligans for the last three years in a move aimed at banning them from the stadia and possible prosecution,” said Asembo.
