Liberia: No Accountability of U.S.$2.02 Billion Spent By Ellen's Govt

[Heritage]The Liberian Institute of Public Integrity (LIPI), a Liberian-owned policy advocacy Think Thank, claims the Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf administration spent US$2.02 Billion, with no accountability of funds. According to the LIPI, for the past 7 years, from January 16, 2006 to December 31, 2012, the current administration collected US$2.02 billion and allegedly spent the funds with no accountability.
