South Sudan: Electronic Payroll to Weed Out Ghost Workers

[GoSS]Juba -The Director General for Establishment in the National Ministry of Labour, Public Service and Human Resource Development, Mr Albino Mior Aguer, has said that the South Sudan Electronic Payroll System phase II (SSEPS II) which comes into effect this month will assist the government to get rid of ghost workers by automating the payrolls. The Government of South Sudan is losing lots of money every month to ghost workers who exist in government payrolls at national and state levels.
