Kenya: Birth and Death Data to Be Computerised

[The Star]Records in civil registrars’ offices in all 47 counties are to be digitised within six months. The government, through the Kenya ICT Board, has partnered with Indian company Data Processing House to computerise manual records at a cost of Sh100 million. The project is funded by the World Bank.
