Severn Barrage would-be developer Hafren says ‘thanks for nothing’ to Select Committee

The chief of Hafren, the company proposing to build the £25bn Severn Barrage, has said ‘thanks for nothing’ to the Select Committee responsible for publishing a damning report claiming the project failed to prove its economic worth but that it says was based on information it was already well aware of but could not do anything about due to a lack of government support.
