The Miami Heat's Stunning Season In One Image [Infographic]

Miss the whole basketball season? Catch up on the Heat, the winners of the NBA finals, with this.

The Miami Heat won the NBA Finals this year, which means their road to victory gets extra scrutiny. Catch up on their entire season with this broad infographic designed and published by the sports data-visualizers at Chartball.

We’re looking at a lot of data here, but what sticks out is the team’s wins v. losses ratio. Red hills represent wins, and orange hills represent losses; the taller the hill, the bigger the win or loss. Notice that the chart is practically oozing red hills. Even the occasional dip of orange is small, signifying a close loss (although that makes the Spurs’ 36-point, game-three finals win seem even more stunning by comparison).

The individual player breakdown is also worth a look. Most minutes played (3,837), points scored (2,632), and assists made (703) all go to the crowned MVP LeBron James.
