UK consents world’s largest offshore wind – almost double London Array

With the world’s largest offshore wind farm, the 630MW London Array, officially opened only a week ago, the UK Energy Secretary Edward Davey has today given planning consent for the 1200MW Triton Knoll project near Lincolnshire, a project that will produce £3.6bn in investment for the country.
