BPU rejects plan for $200m New Jersey offshore wind farm

The New Jersey state Board of Public Utilities (BPU) has rejected the most recent plans for a $200m 25MW offshore wind farm, saying that New Jersey taxpayers would be liable for too much money if the anticipated federal grants were to fall through.
