Snowden's father blames Congress for sweeping spy program

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The father of fugitive U.S. spy agency contractor Edward Snowden on Friday blasted U.S. lawmakers for not reining in the U.S. electronic spy program made public by his son, accusing them of being “complicit or negligent.”
