Inlaks Drives West Africa to Temenos Forum in Abu Dhabi

Inlaks Computers Limited, the leading ICT and Infrastructure solution provider in Nigeria and the West African Region, recently led the entire West African Temenos community to this year’s annual Temenos  Community Forum (TCF). Temenos’ TCF is one of the largest financial services conferences in the World and this year’s event was held in Abu Dhabi, UAE at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). The three-day event attracted well over 800 delegates from across the financial services industry that include Temenos’ customers, partners,  investors, and key industry experts.

The conference also focused on the divergent outlook of varied banking segments and markets, the evolving pace of technological renewal cycles and the strong portfolio of Temenos in meeting the diverse needs of its broad customer base.

Femi Adeoti, managing director/chief executive officer of Inlaks, specifically emphasised that “for the first time, the West African Region drove more top level traffic to the TCF than other regions.”

Adeoti said “as a result of our activities at this year’s TCF, we have created a lot of brand awareness for Inlaks within the Global Temenos Community and within our partners’ community.” This development also brought to fore Inlaks as a Nigerian brand that is projecting the delivery of best in class solution to customers in the West African region in accordance with global best practice.

Speaking on some of the company’s achievement at the global event, Mr. Olufemi Muraino, director of sales and marketing at Inlaks, said “our participation made it the first time Inlaks is a co-sponsor of the conference and in the same category with Microsoft, IBM, etc. It is also the first time Inlaks was having an exhibition stand at the Temenos Community Forumwhich made it possible for Inlaks’ activities with Temenos to be showcased on a global stage.” Inlaks also anchored two break-out sessions at the event that were anchored by Inlaks and one of our customers in the West Africa Region.

This edition which is the 15th edition of the forum was themed ‘Customer Success in a Multi-Speed World”‘ and covers engaging topics such as societal and cultural trends within the financial services industry, broadening banking participation levels, and the future of retail banking. The theme did not only acknowledge how much the world is changing but also the extent to which change is affecting every major business segment positively.
