Seardel picking up stitches

ICONIC ‘rag trade’ conglomerate Seardel, quite bizarrely, will soon house a controlling stake in free-to-air television broadcaster The transaction – initiated by Seardel’s parent company HCI – does change traditional operating channel for the clothing and textile company.
