Nigeria: Cargo Delays – Customs CG Threatens to Shut Apapa Port

[Daily Trust]Lagos -The Controller General of the Nigeria Customs Service Abdullahi Dikko Inde yesterday threatened to shut down the APM Terminals, operator of the Apapa Container Port for failure to meet the standard working conditions required for the operations of customs officers and quick positioning of cargoes for inspection.
