Pay your utility bills via Flooz

Customers of the electricity Company of Togo ( CEET ) will not need to make long queues at the counters to pay their monthly bills for electricity consumption.
The opportunity is offered to them can now do so via ” Flooz ” an instrument of money transfer , procurement and payment created by the mobile operator ” MOOV ” and has already launched a month.
The signing of the MoU took place on Tuesday between MM . Gnandé DJETELI , CEO of CEET and Djibril Ouattara , CEO of Atlantic Telecom ( Moov ) – Togo .
Thanks to the partnership between the two institutions , the payment of the invoice will run via the mobile phone network phone MOOV 24h/24 and 7/7.
” This is a big sigh of relief for people in remote areas of Togo where CEET is not represented ,” has for its part welcomed the head of the institution of electrical distribution Togo.
But beware, for all invoices between 5 and 50,000 FCFA payment charges amounted to 300 FCFA. These fees are 500FCFA for all invoices between 50,001 and 300,000 FCFA.

Payez vos factures d’électricité via FLOOZ

Les clients de la Compagnie d’énergie électrique du Togo (CEET) n’auront plus besoin de faire de longues files d’attente au niveau  des guichets,  pour régler leurs factures mensuelles de consommation électrique.
L’opportunité leur est offerte de pouvoir désormais le faire via « Flooz », un instrument  de transfert d’argent, d’achats et de paiement créé par  l’opérateur de téléphonie mobile ” MOOV” et lancé il y a déjà un mois.
La signature du protocole d’accord est intervenue ce mardi entre MM. Gnandé DJETELI, directeur général de la CEET et Djibril OUATTARA, directeur général d’Atlantique TELECOM (Moov) –Togo.
Grâce au partenariat entre les deux institutions, le paiement de la facture s’exécutera via le téléphone mobile sur le réseau de téléphonie MOOV 24h/24 et 7j/7.
‘’Ce qui est un grand ouf de soulagement pour les populations des milieux reculés du Togo où la CEET n’est  pas représentée’’, s’est pour sa part réjouit le patron de l’institution de distribution électrique du Togo.
Mais attention, pour toutes factures comprises entre 5 et 50 000 FCFA, les frais de paiement s’élèvent à 300 FCFA. Ces frais sont de 500FCFA pour toutes factures comprises entre 50 001 et 300 000 FCFA.
