The 2014 CEM Africa Summit is the only Customer Experience Event to take place in Cape Town


Business professionals are coming together again at the only Customer Experience Event that takes place in Cape Town. Cape Town is a notable tourist destination with a sizeable service sector and this event will bring together delegates from the hospitality industry, particularly airlines and travel operators that cater to tourists as well as services that cater to local customers’ such as financial providers, retailers and telecoms.

The CEM Africa Summit is now in its third year and this year event has been designed to showcase more IT technology than in previous years.
