Call completion solution enables operators to maximize the reachability of subscribers including generations communicating over social networks
CommunicAsia, Singapore – Tecnotree, a global Telecom IT solutions provider announced the launch of Tecnotree AgilityTMReachability Express, a fast-to-deploy call completion solution for service providers to offer targeted and preferred notification services for consumer and enterprise customers.
Reachability Express can be used to provide missed call alerts over text messages to all subscribers. Consumers may also register to receive notifications and voice messages directly to their social media account, as in addition to the out-of-the-box pre-integration with WhatsApp, the supplied Social Media API can be used to connect with additional social networks.
Service providers can offer the Reachability Express to their enterprise customers to enhance customer service, for example by integrating companies’ social media as a return service channel for missed calls. Finally, for comprehensive call completion offering the solution can be extended with Dynamic Voicemail, Visual Voicemail and other notifications services.
Using Reachability Express, operators can convert non-completed calls into revenue and reduce operational costs by 30% compared to legacy systems. These savings are achieved through simplification of services, simpler configuration and provisioning of segmented services.
