Manufacturers targeting to tap the fast growing kitchen and bathroom industry in East Africa are set to converge in Nairobi for the biggest exhibition in the region.
The exhibition dubbed The Big 3 Africa will be showcasing new trends in the kitchen and bathroom industry and is expected to open the East African market to international players as it will house three most exciting sectors namely builders hardware, building material and bathroom & kitchen.
Organized by Expo Group, which is the leading organizer of trade fairs in Africa, the exhibition will be held at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre from October 3 to 5.
The Big 3 Africa will feature an entirely new concept, showcasing all segments of the kitchen industry including kitchen furniture, built-in appliances, kitchen fittings and kitchenware as well as bathroom equipment and accessories.
Positioned as a high-end exhibition, the exhibition will target developers, investors, architects, renovators, designers and high-income groups.
The Big 3 Africa, which is in its second edition, aims to promote the development of Kenya’s kitchen and bathroom industry. This comes at a time when the construction industry is booming, part of which is massive investments in housing projects.
This year the event has decided to go big considering that previously it had maintained a relatively narrow focus on hardware related kitchen and bathroom products such as gas appliances, range hoods, and bathroom fittings.
The Big 3 Africa 2014 will be held alongside FOODAGRO 2014 and Kenya International Trade Exhibition (KITE) 2014.
