Some countries in this region like Morocco, Saudi Arabia will also have to make a diversified energy mix. Renewable energy became the overwhelming choice for this region. Thanks to the peculiar geography, Turkey and MENA countries are of huge potential of solar energy; whilst Turkey, Morocco and other Mediterranean are rich in wind energy.
