Perion, Mediamark and McSorely Media Launch Exclusive AI Advertising Partnership Across Africa

In April 2026, Perion Network Ltd. announced an exclusive partnership with McSorely Media and joint venture partner Mediamark to launch the Outmax AI-powered advertising platform across African markets. Africa’s programmatic advertising market is approaching a major growth phase. According to ResearchAndMarkets, digital advertising spend across the continent is forecast to reach $6.5 billion by 2029, growing at a CAGR of 15.3% through the end of the decade, nearly double the pace of the previous five years. Despite this momentum, the infrastructure required to convert advertising spend into measurable and optimized outcomes remains underdeveloped.

The campaign also generated 3.7 million views on the Wepner Instagram page. The results demonstrated Outmax’s ability to deliver measurable advertising performance and operational efficiency for South African advertisers ahead of a broader African rollout. The campaign also highlighted Outmax’s ability to support both performance and sustainability objectives, strengthening its value proposition for large-scale advertising budgets.
