Through targeted initiatives, AfTIAS 2.0 supports startups and SMEs by improving competitiveness, providing training, and enabling global participation. The program emphasizes the role of digital transformation in fostering a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem and empowering women and youth in the ICT sector. Despite challenges, AfTIAS 2.0 is helping Algeria and other Arab states leverage ICT to fuel sustainable economic development.
