Ethiopia is advancing a major tourism renaissance through sweeping national reforms, new ecotourism destinations, and large-scale infrastructure development, positioning itself as one of Africa’s fastest-emerging travel hubs. Major investment in aviation, including a new mega airport and the continued expansion of Ethiopian Airlines, strengthens Ethiopia’s ambition to become a regional hub connecting Africa, the Middle East, and beyond.
