The ICC International Court of Arbitration invites registrations from legal professionals to join them on 29-30 May 2025 for their conference in Nairobi, Kenya. This year’s conference will focus on International Arbitration in Africa, and in particular, Africa’s role in shaping the next era of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Arbitration professionals and business representatives from across the world will come together to explore the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the African context. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in expert-led discussions, build invaluable connections during networking events, and gain insights into the unique aspects of arbitration and ADR practices in the region.
This year’s conference will include talks from Claudia Salomon, President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Samuel Mbiriri Nderitu, Director, ICC Kenya, and Diamana Diawara, Director, ICC Arbitration and ADR Africa, as well as discussions on key topics in the African legal landscape, such as arbitrating ESG-related claims on the continent and AI in African arbitration.
