TSX-V Ticker: SWA SWA.WT VANCOUVER, Nov., 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Sarama Resources Limited ("Sarama" or the "Company") announces a private placement (the "Private Placement") for the issuance of 555,556 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.90 per Unit to raise gross proceeds of approximately $500,000. Each Unit will be comprised of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each such whole warrant, a "Warrant").
