Energy Edge Issues “Africa Initiative” Update on Ghana Project

 

FT LAUDERDALE, Fla. , Oct., 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Energy Edge Technologies Corp (OTC: EEDG), has just released the following update on the Company’s “Africa Initiative”:

ALBAH Manufacturing Technology Corporation of Ghana , through its Joint Venture with our Partner, Trillacorpe Construction, is in the process of receiving a Purchase Order for a Pilot Program to provide design, engineering and construction of multiple buildings and homes for the Ghana Armed Forces.  The Joint Venture team is also entrusted with the distribution of leading technologies that are to be assimilated into the projects including solar technology and Water/AC purification systems.

On Thursday, October 11, 2012 , the Director of ALBAH Manufacturing Technology Corporation of Ghana , Kofi Nfi Mensah-Bonsu, issued the following statement on behalf of the Joint Venture:

‘The Energy Edge Atmospheric Water Generator delivered on behalf of this Project in late September, is safely housed and situated in the office of the Chief Clerk of the Defense Industries Department at General Headquarters, Camp Burma. Upon completion and the day of the signing of the Purchase Order for this Project, an Installation Ceremony for the Energy Edge AWG will take place with officials from the US Embassy and the Ghana Armed Forces. Proper notification of these events will be forthcoming from the Director General’s office and will be passed on to the JV group accordingly.’
