TecXposition Second Edition Launches

TecXposition 2021, has launched the second edition of its annual Africa’s premier tech event. Taking place from November 11th – 12th 2021, the virtual event offers the opportunity to experience technology through a global lens, with local outcomes as well as demystifying tech with a view to improving profitability and enhancing everyday living.

Themed ‘Improving profitability: Changing everyday lives’, the virtual event will bring together over 100 speakers, 100 investors and 5,000 guests including:

The event will cover over 30 tracks viz. Crypto, Digital, Cybersecurity, Entrepreneurship, Impact, Investment and Sustainability across several industry verticals, including Agriculture, Sports, Real Estate, Transportation, Health and Education. TecXposition 2021 will again feature a conference, with the aim of understanding the fundamentals of the key technology domains in play, how these tech domains work separately and together, as well as understanding how best it can be used to deliver tangible gains. Additionally, startups can take part in a ‘Best of Africa’ startup pitch competition, as well as the TecXposition Hackathon, which aims to bring exposure to talent in Africa as they collaborate to create original technologies for solving six challenges.

This year also debuts an Expert Series which will deliver free training from industry experts and one of the event’s most exciting offerings yet, in partnership with Be-Games, is the Africa’s Game Jam competition where participants must build and submit a mobile game over the course of three weeks. Participants must share a playable version of the game with Be-Games in a bid to win PAID internships.
